Happivate: To be in the process of attaining happiness, fulfilment and purpose through clarifying and achieving goals. ‘Let me Happivate you’

Happivated: The feeling of a sense of happiness, fulfilment and purpose that comes with having clarified your goals and taken steps toward achieving them. ‘I feel Happivated’!

Happivation: The state of:- where the Happivate process is taking place. ‘I am in a state of Happivation’ - Required:- where you require this process to take place. ‘I need some Happivation’

Happivating: The act of completing exercises within our workbook that will lead you to a state of Happivation. ‘I am busy Happivating’

What is the difference between traditional Personal Coaching and Workbook Coaching?


Traditional Personal Coaching is done on a one-on-one basis, either face-to-face, or via SKYPE. Workbook Coaching involves completing the specially designed written exercises in your workbook by yourself and in your own time.

How do I order my workbook?

How long does Workbook Coaching take?

To achieve optimum results it is preferable to complete one chapter and the exercises therein per week, but one can increase the time between completing exercises if necessary.

How long does Personal Coaching take?

The average length of a course is 12 sessions at 45-55 minutes per session, however as we offer a personalised service, this can be adjusted to suit your needs.

How does coaching take place?


You can invest in one of our dynamic self coaching Workbook Workouts or, if Personal Coaching is preferred, this is available face-to-face, via SKYPE or over the telephone where the client will call our coach at the agreed time.
